Ok so we decided to go back to Polson for New Years along with Columbia Falls to stay at a resort there that had a RIDICULOUS military discount. I haven't downloaded pictures from my camera so phone pic will have to do. We drove the long way around so we could stop in Polson so Trav could show our good friends the Hughes his old stomping grounds. We hung out at his parents house, let the kids play in Gramma Judy's AWESOME play room and then had to go sledding. We couldn't help but giggle a bit since Alex had never seen REAL mountains before since he's from Minnesota.

Kadi HATES getting snow in her face and still holds a grudge against daddy for spraying snow in her face last time.
So Kadi and I went down once and then watched everyone else sled from the top of the hill.
After staying in Polson for a day we headed towards Columbia Falls. We stopped off at Simms Hot Springs in Hot Springs MT. Kadi LOVED swimming in the warm water!!! It felt SO good to have "healing" waters surround this pregnant mama. Then off to our resort we went.
The military has a vacation club that is a lot like time-shares. It's world wide and we have already used it once in Florida. It is SO SO cheap and worth while. The resort gave a us an AWESOME suite that had PLENTY of room for BOTH families. The Hughes went skiing and I went to the spa for a prenatal treatment. It felt so good just to take a little time for myself.
It was SUCH a fun trip. We all had so much fun!!! We definitely are going to plan more trips like this.
As you can see once we got home we were a little tired...this is the first time in a while that I've gotten a pic like this. I love my family!!!
