7 Months!!

 And another month we don't go to the doctor but that is ok. We know your growing well miss Kadi, you can even see some chubbiness, YAY!!!

Your personality is so fun!!! Your giggling is so fun and it's a good thing too cause the teething has begun. Kadi got her first teeth (bottom 2). She got them a week apart, it was tough. Not only was she teething but she decided to stop napping and taking her pacifiers. Oh the joys of teething!!!

 We also traded in the Xttera for a Armada. I know it kinda seems funny since we only have one child but we will be needing to pull a horse trailer next year if/when we move. We love the new car and it is so much easier to put Kadi in and out.

Just trying to enjoy the cold cold weather this month brings...even though there's still no snow.

Half Birthday...6 Months!!!

 Look how much you have grown in the last 2 months!!!

Weight: 14 pounds 5 onces...you've doubled your weight yay!!!

• We have been spending our days playing in the house since it is January!!
• You are getting so very tall!!
• You've tried cereal for the first time...and LOVED it!!!
• You are so curious about everything and enjoy exploring things with mommy and daddy.
• Oh and don't forget your new pal...yea that's right you've started to love on Rocco...he's not sure what to think.

 Since we didn't get any snow again this year we went out for a little while to watch daddy play with his new stunt kite.

I can't believe the time is going by so fast. How I wish you could stay small and in my arms forever. However I love watching you grow and discover new things. I am so blessed to be your mommy!!!

The year is almost over....5 months...really?!?!

Another month we don't go to the doctor but that is ok. We know your growing well miss Kadi.

I love how your starting to show your personality. Perfect timing too cause we headed to Montana for Christmas this year. We were all very excited to make it to Montana, it's been a while since we have had the chance to make the trip.

So up, up, and away we went. 

First time for Kadi too...she did amazingly!!!

Landing safe and sound and with her first pair of wings and tons of smiles for grandma!

A little unsure of Papa Dude but she warmed up eventually.

And finally Christmas morning...

It was a awesome morning and so fun to see her react to each present. Travis and I only brought Kadi's presents and then we had our own Christmas when we got home. It was more fun this way anyway.

I am tired and sick of flying. Kadi did awesome on the way home too. However the planes where problematic. We got stuck in Minneapolis...so we wandered the Mall of America for kicks and giggles.

It was a good trip overall. Hope we get to get home again soon.

4 months...already?

Time is flying by way too fast my sweet girl!!! 

 This months stats are as follows...

Weight: 12 pounds 3 onces...you've almost doubled your weight yay!!!

Height: 24 3/4 inches

Head: 41.8 centimeters

• Along with going for walks with mommy when its nice out, your also going out to the barn almost everyday with mommy for her lessons. And you sleep through most of them.
• Your almost sleeping through the night!!!!
• Your so funny!! You like to squirm...and spin in circles on your back. So funny to watch.
• You like spending sunday with daddy...I think your warming up to him.

So for our tradition of Thanksgiving with Jeff and Michelle Kraczek you sported this outfit...so cute!

They came over early to help us cook because daddy had to work till dinner time. That's ok, we had fun anyhow.

This is how you normally look half way through the day or after an afternoon at the barn. Totally and utterly worn out. At least we have fun not matter what we do.

Another month down...3 months

Oh my little angel....how your growing.

As for travel this month has been pretty busy. At the beginning of the month we went and helped out at the Bishop's Storehouse as an entire family! It was fun to see the people light up when they saw you and you would wiggle and smile.

We went for our first family hike too in Yellow Springs. We actually saw the spring that it is named after....mommy drank from it....I'm still alive...it was good and cold!!

We decided to take a spontaneous trip to Kirkland to see church history sites. It's only 3-4 hrs away so we figured you would do well. Oh were we ever wrong....yelled all most the whole time we wandered through the sites. Not only were you not happy little Kadi but you had 2 blow outs 5 minutes apart...so talented!!! The history was really cool though!

We did get to go to the Renaissance Fair, which was tons of fun! 

Daddy was Robin Hood I was a merry...woman and you were our bag of loot!!! We got stopped all the time because they loved your costume. I was proud cause it was your daddy's idea and he made it himself!!!!

Had to add a bath pic!! Kadi your starting to like the water...its fun as you watch us as we splash...I think you think we're crazy!!

We also went to a ward trunk or treat with you dressed up as our little bag of gold.

This months you didn't go to the doctor but we know your growing fast. We figure your getting close to 10 lbs and roughly 23 inches long. Your finally getting a big belly, which makes your mommy really happy.

We enjoy watching you grow our little Kadi, you bring such joy to our lives.
