Busy Weekend in Polson with the Shamrockers!

So after my family left the we got ready for our first weekend in Polson. We were supposed to come a week before with my family but I had totally forgotten about Izzy and quarantine. My family was totally bummed but they will be back eventually.
So off we went...it's roughly 3.5-4hrs from Great Falls not a bad drive.
Our first stop was Missoula to their Carousel. You'll have to look at the link here. Kadi was in absolute HEAVEN!!!

Not having fun AT ALL!!!

So they actually have a Dragon that has rings you can grab as it goes around and if you get the BRASS ring you get a FREE ride. Guess who grabbed it? Yay free ride when we are here with Papa Dude and Gramma Judy!!!

Had to take a picture of the Garden horse for our 2 gardening Grandmas!!!

Quick ride on the paddle boat with daddy and Gramma Judy!!
The Montana Shamrockers performed at the Missoula Celtic Festival. They were AWESOME, you can check them out here.
It was a really REALLY hot day in Missoula. We thought that was what Kadi was just hot...boy were we wrong.
She wouldn't move from that spot until a song was over and then she would clap and say "Yay Papa Dude!" Then immediately lay back done.

We HAD to use our free ride still though...she wouldn't let us forget it. But you can tell she wasn't feeling ANY better. You can tell she isn't feeling good. There were "weee's" but no smiles.

Leaving the festival I was getting a little more worried about Kadi. She was getting more and more lethargic. We stopped at a Irish restaurant then headed home. Kadi lost it (puked) half way back to Polson and was shaking...it was SO sad. We spent the rest of the weekend cuddling and eating easy foods until we headed back home. Once in Great Falls she still wasn't herself for about 3-4 more days and then the Roseola rash showed up. OOHHH is all we said...it all made since then. She had the exact same thing happen a year ago. Poor thing.
We did have fun in Polson though. We celebrated her birthday AGAIN before she got sick, rode on the Carousel twice and saw Pap Dude perform. Overall good weekend.

We went back again...story to come soon.
